HOW LONG DOES A CASE LAST?

All cases have a beginning, middle and end. Their life varies according to a variety of factors including their complexity, funding for the court system, bankruptcy of a defendant, the willingness of the Insurance Company to resolve it, etc. We find that the average life of a case is three to four years. Some cases settle earlier; a few take longer.
