COMMUNICATION
FROM US TO YOU

It is important at the beginning of the attorney client relationship that we speak about communication from us and you and from you to us. Here are some ground fules:

  • You may contact us at anytime. Feel free. We encourage you to call us when you have a question. Do not wait for us to call you
  •  
  • We only contact you when we need information from you. If you do not hear from us, it does not mean we are not working on your case. It means we do not need information from you. We do not call with status reports. If you want a status report, call us at anytime. The burden is on you to call. We encourage it.
  •  
  • If a new consequence of the accidents happens, let us know. For example, if you go to a health care provider that you did not disclose to us on your intake sheet, we need to know so we can get the records and reports.
  •  
  • At least once a season contact us. The minimum amount of communication is once every summer, fall, winter and spring.

  • We try to return your calls in a timely fashion. Here is what you should expect of us. If you call us today, expect us to return your call at the latest by the end of business tomorrow. If you do not receive a return call by the end of business of the following day, something is wrong. The person you called did not get your message. After the end of business on the day after your call, do not wait any longer. Call back and complain that we have not returned your call. You are entitled to a return call at the latest by the end of business on the next day.
